All of Us Racing, Inc (“All of Us Racing”, “we”, “us”, “Company”) is intent on becoming a sustainable organization capable of providing equitable opportunities in the areas of Motorsport Racing and Motorsports Engineering. To do so, we understand the need to execute our plan with the utmost stewardship and respect for our resources. The management team at the Company believe we have defined a clear, executable path to establishing the Company as a sustainable and competitive organization throughout the industry.
To maximize the probability of our success and establish a clear strategy of execution, All of Us Racing has determined the most appropriate approach is a three (3) stage strategy.
Stage 1
Stage one has been developed to focus on establishing the Company as a viable racing entity located in North Texas.
Stage 2
The second stage, focused on growth and expansion of the Company, has been refined to ensure growth is managed and allows All of Us Racing to remain stable, but with an expanding base of support.
Stage 3
The third stage is designed to allow us to commit to our successful upward transition through various ranks, divisions and types of motorsport Championships.
